I am heard about the customer support department of Kaunsa.com through review on Mouthshut, it is about the easy refund policy of this website. As per this feedback, customer get full amount back within ten days against the unavailability of the purchased product, thus it refunds the money back directly the bank account without any complaint. After reading the Kaunsa Review, I want some other examples which are same as this case. I purchased a 7 inch calling Tablet from Kaunsa but I received faulty one then I return it and raised a compliant ticket for same. Same day evening I got a call from their support team. First of all he regret to the inconvenience caused to me and after that give me two option either got full refund or voucher for same amount that I bought other product with the help of this voucher. I bought a T-shirt and Shoes from Kaunsa both items delivered in five days but the color of T-shirt is different, I choose blue but they delivered red. So, I made a complaint regarding for same via call on their customer helpline number 0120 4835000 and speak with Komal Sharma and same time she cancel my order and start refund process after product received by Kaunsa. Also, arrange the reverse pickup. It takes total twenty days in whole process from reverse pickup to refund the amount. Now I am the happy with the work of this store, nice support. -- By Ajay Gill.

I order a Casio Edifice wristwatch from Kaunsa but it was some problem with my watch. Then I report my issues to their customer support team and wana either refund or replace my product. But they suggest me send back the item and Kaunsa will dispatch the new one without any charges. After that I follow all instruction and same send back the item, it takes another ten days to receive the new watch but this time there is no problem, overall nice experience with them. -- By Sunil Patel.
