I purchased two products from Kaunsa.com on last Friday but I received one faulty product. After that I made a call its customer support helpline that is 0120 4835000 mention on upper right home page of this website. I spoke with Mr. Rajiv Sharma, he speak to me very politely and say don’t send back your faulty product at our address, already mention on your parcel as send back address or seller address and we provide you new or refund your whole amount instead of old item. Hey Friends, I bought lot of premium quality products at extremely reasonable price from Kaunsa. Refund Amount in Ten Days

Fifteen days earlier, I made an order for three products from Kaunsa.com. But, I am not satisfied with one products then Immediate I raise a ticket for my problem through MY Account section. Same day in evening, I got a call from this site Seema Singh spoke with me. She said to me Sir; how I assist you tell me your problem. I tell everything that I am not satisfied with one product. She suggest me send back your product either we refund your whole amount or replace your product with new one then I choose refund. After ten days, I got whole amount refund back on my bank account.
