I like the customer support department of Kaunsa.com, which is excellent. They replaced my damaged Smartphone in just four days without any extra charges. Although, I bought more than thirty five products from this eCommerce website, never face any kind of inconvenience except this time. Almost, I am the regular customer of Kaunsa and used this website for online shopping since last year April 2012, more than twelve months. Every time, it delivered all my purchased goods in two to five days. I am fully satisfied with its services. In addition, I get all products at lowest price in India.

Last time, I purchased a Micromax Canvas 2 A110 Smartphone from this outlet, I received it on next day of ordering, and the price is lower than other website. But, when I open my parcel the mobile phone’s screen is broken. Immediately, I call on Kaunsa customer support helpline, i.e 91 120 4835000, mention on the home page. I spoke to Mr. Ravi Kumar Sharma, he said to me don’t worry sir send back your product right now, after that we replace it with new one within a week. Same day I courier it and they send me a new phone after four day.

I am the regular buyer of the website and extremely happy with their service that is awesome. I like this outlet too much. According to my fabulous online shopping experiences at this e-store, I rates it four and half stars rating. For my point of view, it is best option for buying any item through Internet in the country.
